I like to think of exercise as a form of physiological hygiene — something to be integrated
into your life on a daily basis. It's a non-negotiable activity you perform to keep yourself
healthy. If you think about it like this, then it's not something you can just stop doing one
day — it's something you're going to do forever.
I wasn't always consistent with my training. I wanted to get fit, wrote programs for myself, had
gym access. But I couldn't make myself do it day-to-day, week-to-week. Not because of recovery
or injuries, but because emotionally I didn't care enough.
Then I made a bet with my sister. I asked her to check in on me every day and ask whether I had
trained that day. If I didn't, I had to pay her. This lasted a few months. I didn't skip a
single workout during that time. The deal eventually ended, but I kept the habit.
I learned that sometimes you can’t keep a promise to yourself, but you can keep it to someone
else.
Now I want to help others build daily exercise habits. I will send you a message every day with
one question: did you work out today? You answer yes or no. Then I share your answer with the
group. The group is here to keep you honest with yourself and to help you through uncertainty.
You share your workouts, how you feel, get feedback and support.
Why every day?
Do you think oral health is important? I hope yes, so you brush your teeth everyday. You don't
brush them every other day. You don't brush them a few months a year before you lose motivation.
You brush them until you die. Now, do you think physical health is important?
What counts as a workout?
If you consider it a workout, it's a workout. For me, a workouts is at least 2 sets. For you, it
can be a single set of squats.
I don't know what to train
To get started, we'll have a 1-on-1 call to talk about your goals, injuries, and schedule. I'll
answer any questions you might have and help you with exercise selection. I'll explain how the
group works and you will share your first workout.
How much does it cost?
It's free. But you get kicked out if you aren't active.
Let's break your cycle of starting and quitting once and for all.
