I like to think of exercise as a form of physiological hygiene — something to be integrated into your life on a daily basis. It’s a non-negotiable activity you perform to keep yourself healthy. If you think about it like this, then it’s not something you can just stop doing one day — it’s something you’re going to do forever.
I wasn't always consistent with my training. I wanted to get fit, I wrote programs for myself, I had gym access. But I couldn't make myself do it day-to-day, week-to-week. Not because of recovery, or injuries, but because emotionally I didn't care enough.
Everything changed when I made a promise to my sister. I asked her to check in on me every day and ask whether I had trained that day. And if I didn't I had to pay her. This lasted a few months. I have not skipped a single workout during that time.
The deal eventually ended, but I kept the habit.

Sometimes you can't keep a promise to yourself, but you can keep it to someone else. I created a fitness community, where we make promises to each other and keep them.
I believe gatekeeping knowledge behind paywalls, especially in health, is bullshit. I will always share everything I know for free. So if you're looking for a secret technique or program, you won't find it in the community.
The real secret is consistency. This is the hardest part, and this is what the community is for — to keep you accountable, to keep you honest with yourself, and to help you through uncertainty. You'll share your workouts, how you feel, what hurts, and get feedback and support from us.
I check in daily to share my progress, and to keep myself accountable. I need it as much as anyone. But if you can stay consistent on your own, you are not going to get much out of the community.
But if you decide to join, we'll have a 1-on-1 call and talk about your goals. I will answer any questions you might have and help you with exercise selection.
It's €20 a month.
